Our roots are in the oilfield. We've been serving this industry since 1980 and we have it down to a science. From pickup trucks to specialized trucks and trailers, we can handle your trucking needs. We started in the hot shot trucking business, but have grown to become a full service logistics provider, including OCTG pipe haul, LTL, heavy haul, and oilfield logistics.
We service exploration & production operators, directional drillers, OCTG distributors & suppliers, and tool companies. However, that does not prevent us from hauling anything from any other industry.
We predominately service the shale regions throughout the US, but we can deliver or pickup any where across the 48 US contiguous states. Our expertise is going to the rigs and shore-bases because they require an intimate knowledge of safety procedures and identifying their locations.

Our History
What started in 1980 as a simple plan to provide a reliable, honest service to the oilfield industry, quickly grew into a driving force in the trucking industry. Our founder, Frank Funderburk, garnered the respect of drivers and customers alike for his work ethic and integrity. Those values laid the foundation of our Company.
Today, Tina Funderburk, has followed in her father's footsteps. Taking over in 2001, Tina has turned Ramrod Trucking into a full service logistics provider, but yet maintained those core values and kept an intimate, family run environment with a corporate mentality around execution and delivery.
