We do not feel the two are mutually exclusive. We believe that both can be accomplished, with little compromise. We do everything we can to ensure your equipment and people are safe, as well as our drivers and the general public.
To ensure safety on the road, all of our drivers are trained and re-trained quarterly/annually to not only adhere to DOT regulations and industry best practices, but to Ramrod's standards. Most people do not realize that a fully loaded tractor-trailer going 55 MPH will take more than 500 feet to come to a complete stop. So one of our goals is to ensure our drivers are safe out there. Our litmus test is whether or not we would allow our own families to drive next to one of our trucks on the open highways. And we do it everyday. To ensure safety on your site/location, we require all drivers complete rigorous safety programs, included but not limited to RigPass, SafeLandUSA, H2S, and any certifications required by our customers. We are proud members of ISNetworld and PECPremier and have been approved to work for clients subscribing to those services. We have been recognized as a leader in fleet safety management. |
